Add More Life Into Your Years:
Closing the Longevity Gap for Women

Introduction

We’ve all been there: scrolling through endless articles about "biohacking" and "longevity," only to look at our to-do lists and feel an immediate sense of defeat.

According to our latest research, of women 25-54 in the U.S., 75% of women consider long-term health and longevity a significant factor in their daily choices. We care—deeply. Yet, there is a persistent, frustrating gap between our intentions and our reality. While we prioritize the idea of longevity, nearly half of us admit we aren't actually confident in how to achieve it.

At Wisp, we believe that healthy aging shouldn't feel like another full-time job. It’s time to bridge the gap between wanting to age well and actually having the tools to do it. Our goal is simple: we want to help you add more life into your years.

The Priority Paradox

When we look at how women view their future, the numbers tell a compelling story. It’s clear that health is on the radar, but it often struggles to take center stage against the pressures of modern life.

  • The Big Picture: Three-quarters of respondents consider longevity important or critical. Specifically, 51% rate it as "important," while 24% see it as "critical" to their everyday lifestyle choices.
  • The Silent Majority: Interestingly, more women rate health as "important" than "critical." This suggests that while it matters to most of us, it isn't always the overriding factor when we’re making split-second daily decisions.
  • The Middle Ground: A quarter of women (24%) view long-term health as only "somewhat important," indicating it's a moderate priority rather than a top-tier focus.
  • The Consensus: Perhaps most striking is that only 1% of respondents—just 27 people out of nearly 2,000 surveyed—said long-term health isn't important to them at all.

Essentially, we all want to age well; we just aren't always sure how to fit "forever" into "right now."

The "Overwhelm" Factor

If you feel like you're constantly running uphill, you aren't alone. The biggest barrier to women’s health isn't a lack of desire—it’s daily overwhelm.

  • 36% of women cite daily responsibilities as the primary reason they put their long-term health on the back burner, surpassing both cost (27%) and time (15%).
  • Only 26% of women feel "very supported" by their primary care doctors when discussing aging.

When you’re juggling a career, family, and a million "invisible" tasks, a 20-minute doctor’s appointment that leaves you feeling unheard isn't just unhelpful—it’s exhausting. We’ve noticed a major disconnect: while 92% of women agree that telehealth is important for healthy aging, only 11% find current digital tools helpful for feeling in control.

Wisp is changing that. We don't just provide a platform; we provide a partnership that slots into your life, rather than adding to your mental load, so you can focus on adding more life into your years.

Redefining What it Means to Age

For a long time, the "anti-aging" industry was obsessed with how we look. But the modern woman has different priorities. When we talk about healthy aging today, we're talking about vitality and balance:

  1. Preventing Chronic Issues (59%): Staying independent and strong.
  2. Mental & Emotional Balance (57%): Keeping our minds sharp and our spirits steady.
  3. Heart Health (52%): Protecting the engine that keeps us going.

Interestingly, only 10% of women associate healthy aging with "feeling desirable." We aren't aging for anyone else anymore; we’re aging for ourselves—because adding more life into your years means having the energy and clarity to enjoy every single one of them.

Why Wisp is Your Healthy Aging Partner

We know that lifestyle management—nutrition, sleep, and stress—is where 63% of women feel they have the most control. Wisp is designed to support those fundamentals by removing the friction from the healthcare system.

  • Support for the "Silent" Symptoms: Hormonal balance is often overlooked, yet it impacts everything from heart health to emotional stability. We provide the expertise and treatments that primary care often misses.
  • Affordable, Accessible Care: We bypass the "overwhelm" by offering discrete, fast, and reliable medical support that doesn't require a half-day off work.
  • Empowerment Through Knowledge: We’re closing the confidence gap. By providing clear, actionable guidance on everything from sexual health to chronic symptom management, we help you move from "unsure" to "in control."

"We are helping women take control of their healthspan, not just their lifespan,” said Dr. Shannon Chatham, Medical Director at Wisp. “This isn’t about chasing trends, it's about providing evidence-based, sustainable care that meets the real needs of women as they age."
