Order Status  All orders shipped will be provided with an online tracking number for status and location tracking. You can always email or call us if you'd like to verify your order's status. Please don’t be alarmed if your order status says “Pre-Shipment” - USPS only updates tracking links once the package has reached the second destination!
Refunds Given the nature of our industry, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges. But don’t worry, we’re confident that our discreet doctor visits and FDA-approved medications will be a hit for you (they’re most effective medications available to all US pharmacies)! If something is not as expected, please reach out!
Backordered Items On rare occasions we may run out of stock on an item. This may cause a slight delay of shipment for your order. If an item you ordered is going to be backordered for an extended period of time, we will notify you via email of this delay and then automatically ship the products to you as soon as they are available. We will ship the in-stock items on your order right away and ship the backordered item(s) as soon as they become available at no extra cost to you. In the event several items are backordered, you may receive several partial shipments.
Expedited Shipping We currently do not offer this service.
Damaged & Incorrect Items If your item arrives damaged or is incorrect, please notify us immediately via email or telephone so we can resolve any problems to your satisfaction.

If you are interested in a prescription product, wisp will assist in setting up a visit for you with an independent physician who will evaluate whether or not you are an appropriate candidate for the prescription product and if appropriate, may write you a prescription for the product which you can fill at the pharmacy of your choice.
