But with other sensitive conditions, it's nice to get the treatment you need without leaving the house too./nWisp provides online consultation services that allow you to get online treatment from a US licensed and board-certified medical provider. We treat any condition that meets the safety requirement for telemedicine. If you have an existing prescription and are unable to see your in-person primary care doctor, our experts may provide common prescriptions (not controlled substances).

How does primary care work?

Wispcare includes primary care consultation, which means you can stay home to rest and have your prescriptions sent to the pharmacy the same day in most cases. If you have any pre-existing conditions that you need medication for, our licensed medical providers may be able to provide a bridge refill. Whoever you are, and whatever medical attention you need, we’re here to help.

How does STI consultation work?

Online STI Consultation allows you to speak with a licensed medical provider about your symptoms and avoid costly Urgent Care bills to request lab testing. Once you begin a consultation, our providers will order your lab test to screen for STIs and, if safe and appropriate, prescribe immediate treatment to relieve STI symptoms.

How do unlimited consultations work?

All Wispcare subscribers are eligible for unlimited consultations using the "Wisp Care" tab in your dashboard. To begin a consult, describe your symptoms and the medical provider will respond shortly. To provide the safest, most relevant care, only one consult may be active at a time. Once your provider concludes the consult, a new consult can begin.

Do I need insurance?

Nope! Our pricing is set to ensure access to medical care for everyone, regardless of insurance. Medical consultation and primary care access are included in the price. Medication may be an additional cost at the pharmacy but can be billed to insurance if you have it. STI lab testing has an additional cost that varies by provider and may be covered with insurance.

What symptoms can I treat with Wispcare?

You can privately message your medical provider about any new symptoms you're experiencing. Wisp's medical team will treat all conditions that meet the safety requirements for telemedicine./nAs a rule of thumb, the CDC recommends seeking in-person medical attention immediately if you’re having difficulty breathing or shortness of breath, persistent pain or pressure in your chest, new confusion, and have bluish lips or face./nIn an emergency, always call 911.

How do I know Wisp is legit?

You can check our LegitScript certification at the bottom of our site (a 3rd party accreditation service that Google uses and requires to advertise prescription drugs). All of our physicians and partner pharmacies are US licensed & Board Certified (they can only dispense medication from specific, certified manufacturers), we store all of your data in a HIPAA compliant manner, and our payment processing is PCI compliant.
