Truepill Auto Refill Consent



Truepill is required to collect opt-in patient consent when signing up for an auto-refill program. Auto-refill consent is good for 1 year from the date of when the consent was given, or the life of the prescription. For a given prescription, if a patient opts-out of an auto-refill program, and decides to opt back in, new auto-refill consent is required to be collected and sent to Truepill with a new prescription. If the prescription or prescriber changes, new auto-refill consent is required. Wisp's subscription offerings for auto-refill include (a) one (1) month pre-paid with a month-to-month auto renewal, or (b) three (3) months pre-paid with a month-to-month auto renewal. At the start of each subscription period, wisp will charge the Subscription Fee to your credit card or debit card on file with wisp, as identified in your User Account; the payment transaction will be facilitated through an online payment processing application that is provided by a third-party vendor(s) and accessible through the Site and/or the App; and you will receive a receipt through your User Account. You may cancel your subscription at any time by contacting our support team at support@hellowisp.com. If you do not cancel your subscription before the end of the then-existing subscription period, then your subscription will automatically renew.
