Treatment Eligibility

  • You are 18 years of age or older.
  • You have a BMI of 27 or above, 25 or above for Pacific Asian and Pacific Islander. See FAQ section for BMI calculation and additional requirements.
  • You live in an eligible state (see full list in FAQs).
  • You are able to send us a photo of yourself from your head to your waist.
  • You do not consume high amounts of alcohol and do not have a history of suicidal ideation or past attempts.
  • Consultation required. Your physician will make treatment decisions based on your medical history and overall health after the completion of a telehealth consultation. Refer to your treatment guide for important safety information.
