This is not a mass-produced, off-the-shelf medication. This is a custom formula recommended by your doctor. These drugs have been specially compounded and individualized for you. To get the most out of your medication, follow your prescriber’s recommendation for use.
Instructions
You have stated that you wish to obtain treatment with topical OMG! Cream (Sildenafil 1%) or OMG! Cream Extra Strength (Sildenafil 3%) to help enhance sensitivity during sexual activity. Apply directly to the clitoral and vaginal areas 30 minutes prior to anticipated sexual activity and gently massage in.
Refills
[Subscription customers only] You will automatically be sent a refill every 90 days (subject to a refill visit to help screen for side effects). However, you may request a refill early by logging into your Account (Subscriptions > Next Refill).
Allergies
This medicine, like all medications, may cause an allergic reaction if you are allergic to similar medicines or components. If you are allergic to any of the following please do not take the medicine and call or message us or see your doctor in person.
- Sildenafil Citrate
- Pentoxifylline
- Ergoloid Mesylate
Conditions
If you have or develop any one of these conditions, please stop taking this medicine and call or message us immediately. This list may not be all inclusive.
- Retinitis pigmentosa
- Cerebral/retinal hemorrhage
- Peripheral vascular disease
- Coronary heart disease
- Uncontrolled hypertension
- Severe liver or kidney impairment
Pregnancy and Breastfeeding
This compounded medication contains pentoxifylline, which is a Category C and is not recommended for patients who are pregnant or breastfeeding. Users who are planning to get pregnant, are pregnant or breastfeeding should discuss options with their physician.
Medicines, Supplements, and Foods
We have evaluated the specific health information you provided us, however if you are taking any of the medicines, foods, or supplements listed below, message us before you take the medicine. Some of these can cause dangerous interactions with the medicine we are prescribing you and we will help you evaluate that risk and decide on an appropriate treatment plan. Please ensure your chart is up to date with your current medications, allergies, and medical conditions so your provider can safely treat you as this list may not be all inclusive.
- Nitrates (including nitroglycerin and other nitric oxides)
- Guanylate cyclase stimulators (e.g. riociguat)
- Alpha blockers, beta-blockers and antihypertensives
- CYP3A4 inhibitors (e.g., ritonavir, ketoconazole, erythromycin)
- Ergot-type medications or 5-HT1 agonists (e.g., triptans like sumatriptan) concomitant use within 24 hours
- Nicotine
Emergency Side Effects
You may experience side effects with these medications. These side effects are common and may go away with time and daily use. Itching, redness, scaling, and dryness can be managed with the frequent use of a moisturizer.

Risks
This topical cream combines sildenafil, pentoxifylline, and ergoloid to help improve local blood flow, but it can cause redness, burning, or irritation where applied, and sometimes headaches, flushing, dizziness, or stomach upset if absorbed into the bloodstream. Rarely, it may affect mood or thinking, increase bleeding risk, or cause changes in circulation. Use only as prescribed, avoid applying on broken skin, and wash hands after use. Do not combine with nitroglycerin or certain blood pressure medicines without medical approval, and contact your doctor if you experience severe skin reactions, fainting, unusual bleeding, or sudden changes in mood or circulation.
